Six new designs appeal to the craving for international cuisine in all aspiring chefs:

• White Pepper: A white-beige with fine-grained translucent particles and amber chips. Ground White Pepper (less pungent than common black pepper) is used in lightcolored foods such as sauces and cream soups. It is especially popular in European cuisine.
• Capers: A mix of smoky grey with olive-green with amber and red-browns, and finegrained translucent particles. Capers, combined with other sumptuous ingredients like black and green olives, pepperoni and white wine, are popular in salads, pastas and pizzas.
• Nutmeg: A medium golden-brown with sienna and light beige, and fine-grained translucent particles. Nutmeg adds a sweet flavor to soups, sauces, baked goods, and of course eggnog and other drinks.
• Cocoa Chile: A dark sienna with fine-grained translucent particles and subtle accents of white and silver. Cocoa and sweet-hot chile are mixed together in chocolates, truffles, sauces and deserts from Europe and Mexico.
• Sesame: A light golden beige with fine-grained translucent particles and amber chips. Sesame seeds are valued in the West, Middle and Far East and are used on breads, and crackers, in sauces and sushi.
• Cumin: A light green-gold with fine-grained translucent particles and subtle hints of beige. Cumin is a popular culinary spice all the way from the Mediterranean to East India, and in American Southwest dishes as well.
