Wilsonart Expands AEON Enhanced Performance to Premium Finishes
Solid Colors Get Texture and Strength
(June 1, 2010 – Temple, TX) Sometimes the simplest solutions are also the best. Basic Black and White. Primary Colors—like Red and Blue. Put an interesting texture on them— stippled paint, textured weaves, candy apple gloss—and you have a whole new use for color. The Go Straight collection takes classic Wilsonart Laminate solids and gives them new life with premium finishes: 01-Gloss and 18-Linearity.
“These finishes reflect the look of an oriental cabinet in high gloss lacquer and the appeal of a painted wood surface or striated fabric,” says Gwen Petter, Wilsonart director of surface design. “The opportunity to tease the eye with high performance laminates is limitless.”
These solid color basics are also armed with Wilsonart’s AEON™ Enhanced Performance technology. Specifiers can feel confident that these surfaces offer greater wear resistance, as well as resistance to scuff and mar before, during and after installation.
Featured in the Go Straight collection on the Wilsonart Contract wallboard are:
D26K-18 Persian Blue—a true primary blue with
D12K-18 Regimental Red— primary red
1595K-01 Black—basic black with Gloss finish
1595K-18 Black— basic black combined with Linearity finish
D354K-18 Designer White—a crisp white combined with Linearity finish
Suggested coordinates with other Wilsonart products include Wilsonart Decorative Metal Polished Natural Aluminum, Laminate designs Galactic Black, Madagascar, Xanadu, Blond Echo, Silver Alchemy, Gold Alchemy, Satin Stainless and the Mesh series.
