The Challenge

Creating a comfortable community environment was a guiding principle throughout the design process of Springs at Cape Coral. Family and pet friendly, every residence is intended to combine beauty and practicality while allowing the occupants’ personal style to shine through. Rich yet neutral tones and versatile spaces are integral to achieving this balance.

The Surfaces  

Maintaining an inviting living environment requires surfaces that keep their brilliance long into the future. Chosen for its striking appearance and standout durability, THINSCAPE® Performance Tops in Calcutta Blanc (TS501) were used on the kitchen countertops. With other surface products, islands or peninsula countertops often need to be replaced due to damage incurred during construction. The team reported that not one THINSCAPE® countertop needed to be replaced throughout the process.
